Growing up in the suburbs of Los Angeles, Jeny Rae Vidal transitioned from a teen punk rocker to a teen mom at 19. In 2003, as a stressed-out single mother desperately seeking relief, she stumbled into her first Yoga class at a gym and immediately fell in love with the practice. This passion for Yoga transformed her life and set her on a path of holistic healing and empowerment.

Integrating her life experiences, Jeny Rae supports her clients in realizing their fullest potential. She fosters a judgment-free, inclusive environment, helping clients discover their purpose, passion, and courage to own it.

Jeny Rae Vidal’s work as an associate therapist is rooted in a deep understanding of the complexities of human experience. With a trauma-informed and decolonial approach, she guides clients through life’s transitions, helping them navigate significant changes such as divorce, childbirth, job loss, or grief. Utilizing a trauma-informed and decolonial approach, she creates a safe environment for individuals to explore their emotions, heal past traumas, and rediscover their true selves.

Jeny Rae’s coaching emphasizes personal empowerment and self-discovery, guiding clients to explore their potential, set specific goals, and align their lives with their passions and purpose.
